Redesigning the Future of Over 40 Professionals in Digital
Digital Restart is a 5-edition reskilling project set up in collaboration with Fideuram - Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking, which provided 150 scholarships to fully cover the costs of a Master course designed with the aim of training 25 professionals over 40 in digital skills in each classroom to enable them to re-enter the world of work. The aim was to promote the enhancement and renewal of digital skills, completely free of charge, for workers over 40 without a job. In addition to the training part, the course includes a Career Boost part, designed to help participants get back into the world of work, with one-to-one interviews with companies and workshops held by Career Management experts.

Tech Around You: enhancing BPER Banca's IT skills with cybersecurity, AI and fintech trends
Tech Around You is a programme developed by Talent Garden for the IT population of BPER Banca. It was created to train the entire population of the IT area on strategic topics, including cybersecurity, AI, LLM, fintech trends, through webinars, inspirational meetings, masterclasses and dedicated toolkits. To support Tech Around You, the IT Observatory was launched, a space for sharing and in-depth analysis for the CIO area.
