The path has supported managers in adopting new ways of managing the work of their employees and guided the introduction of a new model of adaptive leadership, to help people and teams build a climate of trust and empowerment even remotely.

Enlightening change for Allianz Partners
Allianz Partners took part in a training course that involved the entire company population on the topics of Digital Transformation and its impact on organisations and people. After an initial assessment with the aim of assessing the level of knowledge and predisposition of the corporate population on hard and soft digital skills, an Envisioning Academy was set up, i.e. an inspirational day dedicated to Top Management, in which lectures and collaborative brainstorming took place to stimulate lateral thinking and activate innovation processes. The programme continued with 3 masterclasses to reinforce digital skills and concluded with a hackstorm: a 2-day marathon to bring to life an innovative project to integrate into one's own product and service offering.
