Corporate Wellbeing Advanced Course

The challenge of the Wellbeing Strategist will be to identify the cultural levers on which to intervene to spread well-being in the company and design a strategy that makes organisations sustainable from both a human and business point of view.

Project Work

You will get the chance to apply the knowledge and new skills you acquired in the previous weeks to develop a bespoke corporate well-being strategy for an organisation. After analysing business needs, you will work in a group to develop a strategy proposal, which you will presenttoh your team in a final pitch session. It will be an educational experience that will allow you to put into practice what you have learned and contribute to the wellbeing of the company and its employees.
