After analysing business needs, you will work in a group to develop a strategy proposal, which you will presenttoh your team in a final pitch session. It will be an educational experience that will allow you to put into practice what you have learned and contribute to the wellbeing of the company and its employees.
1:1 meetings
At the end of the course, you can organise a 30-minute one-to-one consultancy meeting with Trainect experts with the possibility of receiving one-to-one feedback on your project or personal needs.
