REGIONE TOSCANADIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
Digital Transformation Services for the Region of Tuscany
Talent Garden supported the Region of Tuscany in a training programme aimed at the Regional Directorate for Education, Training, Research and Employment. A Digital Academy was designed on three different levels: Foundational Program, conceived to offer a solid knowledge base on fundamental topics; Upskilling Program, intended for employees wishing to acquire specialised skills in specific functional areas; Leadership Program, an advanced and customised path addressed to managers, to develop leadership skills in the field of digital transformation.

COMUNE DI VENEZIACYBERSECURITY ACADEMY
Cybersecurity Academy for public administration
Talent Garden supported the Municipality of Venice in the creation of a Cybersecurity Academy with the aim of promoting a common cybersecurity culture and disseminating good practices. The programme consisted of two main experiences: a first theoretical part, which included an asynchronous course with interactive video-pillows and immersive role-playing. This phase aimed to raise participants' awareness of the main cybersecurity issues and to disseminate best practices in an engaging and accessible manner. To complement this, a hands-on phase was organised with face-to-face training sessions and workshop activities, focused on deepening knowledge and strengthening practical skills in cybersecurity.

SME4DDTRAINING FOR DIGITAL
Training SMEs for the Digital Decade
SME4DD is a European project under the Digital Europe Programme, designed to offer short courses for business leaders, managers and professionals in European SMEs. Focused on three strategic areas-Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Blockchain-the project supports SMEs in facing the challenges of digitisation. Talent Garden contributes to the initiative with upskilling needs analysis, cybersecurity course design, and marketing and dissemination activities, thus helping companies acquire digital skills that are crucial for the future.

EDIFY EDUMANAGEMENT EDUCATION
Improving the qualitY of Management EDUcation
EDIFY EDU, funded by the Erasmus+ Programme, is a European project aimed at bridging the skills gap in management training, with a particular focus on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion issues. The initiative aims to develop and promote EDI competences, as well as transversal competences that are fundamental for professionals in the field. Through targeted courses and activities, EDIFY EDU supports the growth of an inclusive and diverse culture, improving the quality of management and professional training.

COMUNE DI MILANODIGITAL TRANSITION
Talent Garden and the Municipality of Milan: driving the digital transition with training and innovation
Talent Garden supported the Municipality of Milan in the digital transition by co-designing the Academy, macro-designing training courses, team-building for 10 groups of 20 people and a Train The Trainer session for 20 executives, aimed at driving change. Project partners: Intellera, Open Knowledge, Almaviva and Digit'Ed.
