Start with a specific process and develop it into an AI-driven automation system capable of operating autonomously.

You’ll learn how to set up your workspace, manage projects, folders, permissions, and levels of autonomy, and begin building the mental model needed to have the AI perform a complete task. The focus will be on moving from making generic requests to assigning structured tasks, starting with the map of the processes you repeat every week—processes that can become the core of your project work.

You will create a permanent set of instructions, organize actual procedures and documents, and have the agent complete an initial task related to the chosen process. The goal is to learn not to passively rely on the output, but to review, correct, and improve it until it becomes useful in your daily work.

You’ll learn how to use MCP and connectors to enable the agent to read data and produce results based on concrete materials, not abstract examples. At the same time, you’ll work on the controls needed to prevent operational errors: handling sensitive data, permissions, approval points, and limits that must be set before the agent can take action.
