Master's Degree in AI Engineering & Vibe Coding

Follow the live online classes and attend in-person sessions at the Talent Garden campuses in Milan.

During the master's program, you will work on case studies, methodological frameworks, and practical exercises based on real-world scenarios to understand how AI can effectively support leadership, people management, performance, and decision-making.

Gain access to a network of over 300 digital HR professionals with whom you can exchange ideas on trends, tools, use cases, and new opportunities for professional growth.

This module explores software development using AI-native IDEs and agents, starting with a key question: Why does the same tool, in different hands, produce either robust code or sloppy code? At the heart of the module are the rules, context, and specifications that guide the AI’s work; the integration of development tools via MCP with minimal permissions; the test-first approach; and automated verification pipelines.

A module dedicated to the security of AI-generated code and the recurring errors it can introduce. We’ll cover OWASP standards, credential and permission management, dependency verification (including nonexistent libraries that AI might “invent”), and automated security checks in the development workflow, through a “capture the flag” challenge.

You'll learn how to connect AI to documents, data, and internal company knowledge, understanding when RAG and vector databases are needed and when a simpler solution will suffice. You’ll manage disorganized documents with varying levels of confidentiality, filter information by role, and build a set of test questions to measure the quality of your Company Brain’s responses.
